COMMISSIONING MANAGEMENT LTD
LONDON 2012 OLYMPIC STADIUM
The London 2012 Olympic Stadium stands as one of the most recognisable symbols of the Games — a landmark of innovation, sustainability, and national pride. Purpose‑built to host the world’s greatest sporting event, the stadium was conceived as a bold, future‑focused structure that could evolve long after the closing ceremony.
Our scope covered the full commissioning of the airside systems, encompassing air balancing and performance verification of all ducted services serving the basement levels, back-of-house and front-of-house areas, as well as the TV studios. This also included the 60-meter indoor sprint track used by numerous athletes, including Jamaica’s Usain Bolt, who set a new Men’s 100-meter Olympic record.
