​20 Bank Street is positioned on one of London’s most prestigious waterfront plots, it offers a commanding presence within the Canary Wharf estate, and a workplace environment engineered for the needs of a major American financial institution.

​Our scope included the ultrasonic flowrate testing of the new chillers installed as part of the building’s Carbon Reduction Scheme.

 

Ultrasonic flowmeters were fitted to both the chilled water and condenser water circuits and configured to undertake a full week of simultaneous data logging. All captured data was subsequently analysed, with a detailed flowrate report issued on completion.​​​​​​​​​
